Les débuts

I grew up in Beni Mellal and took my baccalaureate in Electrical Science and Technology at Mohammed V Technical High School, finishing in 2019.

A technical baccalaureate meant I met circuits, machines and workshops before I ever met a compiler — and I still think in systems because of it.

From 2019 to 2021 I stayed in Beni Mellal for CPGE TSI, the two-year preparatory classes for the grandes écoles, studying mathematics, physics and industrial sciences.

CPGE was the hardest thing I had done. It taught me less about any single subject than about working steadily under pressure, which turned out to be the more useful skill.

Devenir ingénieur

In 2021 I entered the National School of Mines Rabat (ENSMR) in Software Engineering, and graduated in 2026 as a State Software Engineer.

Software Engineering is the degree programme named on my diploma. In the third year I specialised in Data Engineering, which is an option within it rather than a separate programme.

Five years covered software architecture, distributed systems, databases and project management — but the parts that stayed with me were the ones where a design decision had consequences you only discovered later.

Since 2026 I have been in France, at the University of Pau and the Adour Region on the Anglet campus, taking a Master 1 in Computer Systems for Industrial and Services Logistics Engineering (SIGLIS).

SIGLIS sits between software engineering and industrial logistics, which is what drew me to it: the systems are only interesting once they have to survive contact with a real supply chain.

Construire des communautés

Alongside my studies I kept starting and running things. I founded two student clubs, led a student body, and spent two years in the alumni network of my school.

I am no longer in any of these roles — each was for a period, and handing them on intact mattered as much to me as running them.

Ma façon de travailler

I approach problems methodically: understand, break down, research, prototype, and iterate. I enjoy tackling challenges and finding smart solutions.

I believe in building solutions that are both elegant and effective. My philosophy is to always keep learning, stay curious, and help others grow.

Au-delà du code

I love learning new languages and exploring different cultures. Communication and understanding are key to collaboration.

  • English C1 avancé — EF SET 70/100 Programme English Access Microscholarship, 2016–2019 (financé par l'ambassade des États-Unis).

I believe in giving back to the community through mentoring, open source, and volunteering.

Keep Rising.
